Our daycare operates from Monday to Thursday. We offer convenient pickups from 7:15 AM to 7:45 AM at selected locations, with drop-offs scheduled for 4:30 PM.
Rates vary depending on the size of the dog and how often the come.We prefer to chat on the phone to ensure we can give you the right information for your particular dog.
Currently, we exclusively provide full-day daycare services, as our facility is located outside of Sydney.
Prior to joining our pack, each dog undergoes a thorough behavioural assessment and temperament test to ensure compatibility. Trained handlers supervise the dogs at all times, and we thoughtfully separate them during rest breaks if necessary, so they can have a bit of rest.
To provide a stimulating and comfortable environment, we take pride in offering a diverse selection of toys, bedding, and treats. As such, there's no need to bring personal items from home.
Yes, our facility boasts a purpose-built rest area thoughtfully designed to accommodate dogs' relaxation needs. This area allows them to take breaks, unwind, and even enjoy a nap in between planned activities.
Our commitment to enriching your dog's experience is evident through various carefully designed enrichment areas. These include a chase zone, an oasis enclosure for swimming, engaging maze activities, agility training, ball pits, dig pits, and many more exciting offerings. While we prioritize minimising risks, unforeseen incidents may occur. Rest assured, our highly trained staff are well-versed in animal first aid. In case of a medical emergency, we have prompt access to our local vet for immediate attention.
We hope to avoid this situation but if a Dog has not been picked up by the Customer at the designated drop-off area, and must be taken to a Farmtastic Representative’s home. A $25 an hour fee applies. If they have to stay the night a $120 per night fee is applied.
We offer a 50% refund of the booking price for cancellations made between 10:00 AM and 6:30 PM the day before the session. Cancellations made after 6:30 PM the day before the session will incur a charge of 100% of the booking price.
Yes, to provide cost-saving options for our valued clients, we offer packages of 5 and 10 daycare sessions. Ideally, we like to create a pack each day so the dogs can get to know each other better. If you choose the Regular booking option, a spot is always allocated for your dog. We also offer a Farmtastic Discount.
For the safety and well-being of all attendees, we require a copy of your dog's current vaccination certificate. This includes vaccinations for Distemper, Adenovirus, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza, Kennel Cough, as well as Heartworm and Tick treatments. As part of our commitment to maintaining cleanliness and comfort, we strive to return the dogs as clean as possible. On days when they may get a little messy, we offer quick rinses or baths before home time. Moreover, we have established a partnership with a local grooming service, providing the option for grooming bookings every fortnight.
While our primary focus remains on the well-being of our pack, we appreciate the importance of keeping you informed. As such, we do our utmost to share regular updates on our Facebook and Instagram pages throughout the day. Additionally, we provide pictures through our software.
While on-site tours are not currently available, we have a virtual tour coming soon.
In consideration of pack dynamics and our trainer-to-dog ratio, we are pleased to offer a 10% discount per dog for multiple dogs from the same household.
To be suitable for our daycare, all dogs must:
- Hold a current C5 vaccination and be on a tick and flea prevention program. Dogs are only permitted to attend Farmtastic Daycare at least ten (10) days after their second vaccination, provided they have been wormed and treated for fleas.
- Have been free of illness or injury, including any contagious condition, for at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to engaging our services.
- Be over twenty (20) weeks of age.
- Be registered with the local council and have accurate breed information provided to Farmtastic.
- Be between 1-18kg or 19-32kg in weight, subject to Farmtastic’s discretion, based on careful evaluation and compatibility assessment.
- Have been desexed, unless the dog is under six (6) months of age.
- Be clean and well-socialised, free of behaviours such as humping, snapping, biting, aggression, food aggression, anxiety, mounting, pinning, nose punching, growling or any other hostile behaviour. Dogs exhibiting these behaviours may be subject to a ‘time-out’ for the day, without a refund.
- Be on current flea and tick prevention medication or treatment whenever attending Farmtastic’s Daycare.
- Have a collar with an ID and be micro-chipped.
- Have basic obedience training, able to follow simple commands like “sit”, “stay”, and “come”.
- Be in good physical shape to participate in play and activities, as a significant amount of time at Farmtastic’s Daycare involves various forms of physical activity.

At the close of each day, we meticulously use dog and human-safe cleaning products to thoroughly clean all areas. Additionally, we diligently pick up after the dogs throughout the day, ensuring a pristine and secure environment for all attendees.
